Biological toxicity evaluation of traditional medicine white tea extract liquid

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety and toxicity intravenous use White Tea Extract Liquid (WT) in rabbits through routine blood tests biochemical histopathological means. Design methods: This used WT product produced by company New Zealand at 2.0~2.5 kg weight. Rabbits were divided into two groups: Control groups. In group, diluted injection volume needed be injected calculated according their body weight on days 1, 4, 7 11...... for 4 weeks respectively. During the1, 2 experiment, routine, biochemistry sections heart, spleen, lung, trachea, kidney, bladder, uterus, testicle, stomach, liver, small intestine, big intestine evaluated study. Findings: By comparison, test did not deviate from normal ranges provided diagnostic laboratory. indexes all experimental are within a reasonable range detect clinically significant abnormalities between treatment control had no obvious inflammatory change whole tissue harmful effect organs various systems rabbits’ system weeks. Conclusions: After rabbits, white tea herb atomization liquid produce toxic effects animals.
